In 2007, we met an amazing woman named Diana, who shared her story with us of how she chose life for her precious son Isaac.
During a prenatal doctor’s appointment while Diana was pregnant with Isaac, she was asked four times if she would consider abortion. Why? Her first child who is four years old, is autistic and they feared that baby Isaac might also develop autism. Then they said the baby could have Downs Syndrome. Diana had resolved to choose life regardless of the possibilities.
The value of Isaac’s life is not based on his abilities or what he will someday become, but on the fact that he is a masterpiece fashioned by the Creator (Ephesians 2:10).
Diana wanted her story shared so that other woman facing pressure from their doctors could be encouraged to Choose Life for their baby. God is the giver of all life and He alone knows the outcome.
